tarmIntestine cleansing is an ancient yoga detox technique, which cleanses the gastrointestinal tract in a thorough and careful way. By drinking warm salt water and making certain movements the water is flushed through the entire digestive tract. Waste products are eliminated and blockages released. After the intestinal cleansing a vegan diet is held for ten days, both to protect the digestive system and to maintain the achieved sensitivity.
