Individual guest stay
Ananda Mandala Yoga School is also open for those of you who want your very own retreat, either in order to practise yoga & meditation more than you can do at home, or else to have an intense period with your own study or work. A day will then typically alternate between your own work, yoga & meditation and enjoyment of the nature around you, but your stay can to a large degree be structured according to your own wishes. Karma Yoga stay
You are also very welcome if you want to stay for a shorter or longer time and take part in the practical work at Ananda Mandala. But it is necessary for you to have already participated in our yoga and meditation retreats and that you are familiar with our simple way of living. Harvest Week
 
Are you longing to get your fingers into the soil? To eat a carrot you have just pulled up? To learn to make compost? To get inspiration about vegetarian cooking? Simply: ecology in practice...

We begin the days with early morning yoga. After breakfast we go into the vegetable garden and harvest, pick, clean and prepare the soil for the next year. Afterwards the vegetables and the fruit have to be stored, pickled, frozen or prepared for lunch.

Late in the afternoon we meet again for yoga and meditation. There will be no teaching, but we do it together, so we recommend you to have been here before.

During the week there will also be plenty of time for dance and music, canoeing, picknicking, swimming and sauna. The harvest week is a tribute to nature.
